| The US data center is located inside a fiber network hub exchange complex for the metro Chicago area. It is a carrier-class facility with fully redundant UPS & Generator power; along with having in excess of 2 x OC192 & 1 x OC48 fiber connectivity, with IP peering across 17 different Tier1 transit providers. |

The UK data center is located inside the premier Redbus facility in the Docklands area of London. It is a neutral carrier-class facility with fully redundant UPS & Generator power; along with having multiple fiber connectivity routing, with IP peering across over 100 different networks and multiple Tier1 transit providers. |

Unlike many companies in this industry, we do not make a practice of renting mediocre hardware located in crowded 'carrier hotels', then relying on third party companies for hardware stability, maintenance and uptime; or network stability in overcrowded racks. The Game Monsters builds all servers from the ground up specifically for the applications they run, optimizing each server for maximum performance and stability. We own all hardware used for our services (servers, switches, firewalls, etc..), choosing not to 'rent' inferior hardware.
Each server has its own dedicated 100Mbps connections to our Cisco switch gear (the equivalent of 45 T-1 lines for each machine). Bandwidth usage per server averages less than 5% of the available network connection - Never any bandwidth clogging on our networks! |
